How to make complaints
To make a complaint you need to email firstname.lastname@example.org. You should ensure that include “Official Complaint” within the subject, as this will ensure that it is reported on the official complaint statistics which are released periodically by The Office of Rail and Road – the regulator of the railways.
You can also complain to the Greater Anglia Social Media team via Twitter, they tweet as @GreaterAnglia. This is an excellent way of alerting Greater Anglia about minor issues which require a quick resolution such as carriage and toilet faults. However Anglia Rail Users Group recommend also following up with a official complaint via Email.
We also recommend that users regularly complete the Greater Anglia “Always listening” survey – as this allows you to send feedback directly to the appropriate teams.
